Salary:
$90,000.00 - $100,000.00/Annually.
Required Key Skills & Technologies:
PLC Programming :
Allen Bradley, Siemens (7+ years)
HMI Programming :
Multiple platforms
Robot Programming :
Fanuc (8+ years) Siemens TIA Portal & ABB PLC (5+ years) Strong experience in the automotive/casting industry preferred
Requirements:
Associate's or Technical Degree 10+ years of relevant controls engineering experience Willingness to work flexible shifts & emergency calls
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and improve electrical control systems. Program and modify PLC systems (Allen Bradley RSLogix 500/5000, Siemens S7, TIA Portal). Program HMI systems (Allen Bradley, Siemens, Direct Automation). Install, configure, and troubleshoot VFDs, sensors, temperature controllers , and control devices. Program and teach Fanuc Robots ; troubleshoot and restore automation cells. Read electrical blueprints and use test/mechanical tools. Reconfigure parameters and components in CNC systems (Fanuc & Siemens) . Use
CMMS & SAP
for work orders, part procurement, and time tracking. Ensure compliance with
ISO, OSHA
standards.
