Full-Time About the Role We are seeking an experienced PLC Programmer to join our team and play a key role in designing, programming, and supporting industrial automation systems. This position requires a strong background in control systems, troubleshooting, and commissioning in a fast-paced industrial environment. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain PLC programs for industrial automation systems Configure and troubleshoot

HMI/SCADA

systems Perform system testing, startup, and commissioning at client sites Diagnose and resolve control system issues efficiently Collaborate with engineers, electricians, and operations teams Interpret electrical schematics, P&IDs, and technical documentation Optimize system performance and reliability Maintain documentation for code, system changes, and procedures Required Qualifications 5+ years of PLC programming experience in an industrial setting Strong experience with platforms such as Allen-Bradley (Rockwell), Siemens, or Schneider Proficiency in ladder logic, structured text, and function block programming Experience with VFDs, motor controls, and instrumentation Ability to troubleshoot electrical and control systems under pressure Solid understanding of industrial communication protocols (EtherNet/IP, Modbus, Profibus, etc.) Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics Preferred Qualifications Experience with SCADA systems (Ignition, FactoryTalk, WonderWare, etc.) Knowledge of safety systems and standards (MSHA, OSHA, NFPA) Experience in industries such as manufacturing, oil & gas, water/wastewater, or material handling What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays How to Apply Submit your resume along with a brief summary of your experience in PLC programming and automation projects. Pay:

$89,563.79 - $107,861.77 per year
