Job Description

Controls Engineer develops and supports large-scale Allen-Bradley PLC and HMI control systems for data center electrical infrastructure and high-I/O industrial applications. Job Requirements Bachelor of Science degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field Minimum 4 years of industrial controls experience in the AEC industry or similar environment Minimum 4 years of PLC programming experience Proficiency with Allen-Bradley equipment and systems Experience with Studio 5000 Experience with Ignition Experience working with large-scale control systems handling thousands of I/O points Experience working in data centers with electrical equipment such as PDUs Proficiency in PLC programming including ladder logic, function block, and structured text Familiarity with Ethernet/IP networking Experience with HMI systems Preferred Skills Experience supporting control systems with up to 12,000 I/O Experience in data center electrical control environments Experience integrating PLC, HMI, and networked control platforms in large-scale applications Job Responsibilities Develop and support industrial control systems for data center electrical equipment Program and troubleshoot Allen-Bradley PLC systems Develop PLC applications using ladder logic, function block, and structured text Configure and support HMI systems Support large-scale I/O applications across control platforms Integrate controls using Ethernet/IP networking Support controls engineering activities in AEC or similar industrial environments
