How You'll Make an Impact Prepare customer documentation, manufacturing drawings, and bills of materials. Participate in internal design concept reviews. Design solutions aligned with market and sales strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project timelines. Apply theoretical and practical electrical engineering knowledge to transformer design. Utilize 2D and 3D design tools for accurate and efficient outputs. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. Your Background Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering. 2-10 years of experience in electrical design for power transformer manufacturing. Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles and applications. Proficiency in AutoCAD; experience with 3D tools like Creo is a plus. Skilled in Microsoft Office tools; quick learner with ability to master new areas. Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
