Hannah Berg 100 Paper Place Kronenwetter, WI 54455 Arc Flash/Control Design Technician Van Ert is looking for a detail oriented individual to support electrical design and documentation, helping produce accurate drawings and data that support project execution and safety compliance.

Primary Responsibilities:

Create and update electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, panel layouts, and one line drawings using AutoCAD or similar software. Work with engineers and project teams to gather information, support design reviews, and maintain accurate, up to date documentation. Assist with arc flash and power system studies by collecting field data, supporting system modeling, and helping prepare reports and labels. Track design deliverables, coordinate with project managers and field personnel, and support overall quality of electrical design packages.

Qualifications:

Associate degree or technical diploma in an electrical or drafting related field, or equivalent experience 1-3 years of electrical drafting or design experience Proficiency with AutoCAD; EPLAN experience preferred Basic understanding of electrical systems and schematics Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills Ability to read engineering drawings and visit field sites as needed Email resume to: careers@vanert.com
