$50,000 - $80,000 (Depends on experience)Position OverviewWe are seeking a BIM/VDC Designer to support commercial and industrial mechanical construction projects through the development, coordination, and maintenance of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) systems. This position plays a critical role in creating accurate 3D models, fabrication drawings, and coordinated construction documents that drive project success from design through installation.
The ideal candidate has experience with Revit, CAD, and BIM coordination in a mechanical construction environment and enjoys collaborating with project managers, engineers, shop personnel, field teams, and trade partners. This individual will contribute to project efficiency by identifying conflicts early, improving constructability, and supporting fabrication and installation workflows.
