Field Engineer

Description The Tech Services Engineer provides on-site service and remote technical support for microelectronics/semiconductor assembly equipment, including die bonders (die attach), wire and wedge bonders, and vacuum reflow ovens. This role installs and qualifies equipment, performs preventive and corrective maintenance, and owns support cases end-to-end (triage, troubleshooting, escalation, and closure) to maximize uptime, yield, and customer satisfaction. Experience Level Expert Level Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Carlsbad, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $83200.00 - $83200.00/yr.
