JOB DESCRIPTION
An employer is looking to identify a Technical Service Specialist in the San Francisco market. This role will be to support all clients for service repairs, troubleshooting and coordinate with Field Service Engineers client repairs. This role will be answering calls, emails and incoming tickets regarding equipment failures or errors in the field.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 2-4
years of Call Center Experience (Supporting Medical Devices preferred) Advanced Skills with troubleshooting over the phone with clients (hospital staff/biomeds/doctors/etc) Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite products Experience supporting Electronic Equipment
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Engineering Degree Medical Device Field Service Experience
