$120,000 - $160,000 per year About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Electronics Test Engineer to develop, implement, and support automated test solutions for embedded electronic products. This hands-on engineering role focuses on automated test development, hardware troubleshooting, manufacturing support, and system validation. The ideal candidate has extensive experience with electronics testing, embedded systems, production support, and automated test equipment in a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain automated production and repair test systems. Create test software using C, C++, LabVIEW, or similar development tools. Troubleshoot electronic assemblies and embedded hardware at the board and system level. Support manufacturing and production operations through root cause analysis and test improvements. Develop and maintain test fixtures, adapters, and supporting hardware. Improve test coverage, fault detection, and production efficiency. Perform system integration, validation, and verification activities. Collaborate with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams to resolve technical issues. Support product transfers, production readiness, and ongoing sustainment activities. Required QualificationsEducation Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical field. Experience 5+ years of experience in Electronics Test Engineering, Manufacturing Test Engineering, Hardware Test Engineering, or similar roles. Experience developing automated production or functional test systems. Experience troubleshooting embedded electronic hardware. Experience supporting manufacturing, repair, or production environments. Technical Skills Strong understanding of analog and digital electronics. Experience with embedded systems and processor-based hardware. Proficiency in C and/or C++ programming. Experience with LabVIEW or equivalent test development tools. Familiarity with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, DMMs, and other electronic test equipment. Experience with board-level troubleshooting and failure analysis. Preferred Qualifications Experience with JTAG, Boundary Scan, ICT, or Functional Test methodologies. Experience in aerospace, defense, telecommunications, industrial controls, or high-reliability electronics. Experience with hardware debugging, board bring-up, and systems integration. Familiarity with Linux and Windows operating systems.
