Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Audio Video Technician to join our team. This role requires hands-on experience in AV installation, low-voltage systems, and network infrastructure, with a strong attention to detail and professionalism suited for high-end environments.

Responsibilities Install and configure:

TVs, mounts, and media systems Distributed audio systems (e.g., Sonos) Surveillance cameras and NVR systems Network infrastructure (Cat5e/Cat6, racks, patch panels, access points) Perform structured cabling (attic, crawlspace, conduit, wall fishing) Terminate, label, and test all wiring to professional standards Assist with system programming, troubleshooting, and optimization Maintain clean, organized, and client-ready installations Communicate effectively with team members and clients on-site Qualifications C-7 Low Voltage License or equivalent proven field experience Minimum 2+ years in AV / low-voltage / network installations Strong understanding of: IP networking basics Wi-Fi systems (UniFi, mesh systems, etc.) AV signal flow and system integration Ability to work independently and as part of a team Clean driving record and reliable transportation Professional appearance and communication skills Preferred Experience Sonos system setup and tuning Ubiquiti UniFi systems Camera systems (NVR-based and cloud systems like Ring) Rack building and cable management in luxury homes What We Offer Competitive pay: $35/hour Opportunity to work on high-end, custom projects Growth within a premium technology integration company Consistent, professional work environment
