Maintain documentation on technical procedures.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Will be testing wire harnesses. Be able to use a Cirrus machine and such as Easy Wire CH2 or Signature Tough network analysis signal loss, multi-meter, EMI Testing cable loss. Be able to select appropriate test equipment for testing purposes. Ability to use all electrical meter testing equipment used for testing wire and harnesses. Document test results. Be able to apply customer test requirements, per specifications. Ability to read wire harness diagrams. Ability to create BOM's for test leads. Performs other duties as assigned. EDUCATION and/or
EXPERIENCE
Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering. 5 to 7 years testing wire harness using electrical equipment, troubleshooting, and doing analysis. Proficiency with Microsoft programs, Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Solid works CAD helpful. Ability to add subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers common fractions and decimals. Good written and oral communication. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concreate variables in standardized situations. Ability to write test procedures/check list. We are an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
