You will Support the Operational Test and Training Infrastructure (OTTI) Integrated Program Office in the development of a Technical Baseline, which assists the customer with the acquisitions of systems and capabilities for the Physical Range. Support to the customer includes:
Conducting technical analysis and requirements decomposition in development of Technical Baseline Artifacts, to include: Requirements Specifications, Design Reference Missions, Interface Control Documents (ICDs) and Architecture Diagrams Working with USSF personnel to understand and translate CONOPS & Mission Needs into the Technical Baseline Ensuring the technical integrity and quality of the Technical Baseline through the execution of Engineering Review Boards (ERBs), and being able to implement technical changes, as necessary Performing technical evaluations of proposed solutions against the Technical Baseline Supporting source selections and working with vendors through the development cycle to ensure capability delivery Providing technical expertise during the customer's checkout and acceptance of existing capabilities You have Strong background in Aerospace, Mechanical or Electrical engineering, math and/or physics. Working knowledge of the systems engineering lifecycle and requirements development Strong technical skills in the domains of either Orbital Mechanics, RF Communications, or Cybersecurity US Citizenship Eligible for TS/SCI clearance Ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience Desired:
Familiarity with acquisitions lifecycles and the generics of Requests for Information and Proposals (RFIs/RFPs) Understanding of concepts such as Orbital Warfare, Electromagnetic Warfare, Cyber Warfare, and Test & Evaluation (T&E). Experience developing tools to assist with the analysis and acceptance of systems for the customer. Compensation :
Base Salary:
$105,000 - 130,000, however this is commensurate with experience. Annual bonuses can be significant because they are based on the extent to which the employee drives profitability for the company. Benefits:
