job summary: Seeking a Senior Electronics Engineer for a high growth DoD contractor in the Washington DC area. The Senior Electronics Engineer would be responsible for being a subject matter expertise: Served as the C4ISR technical expert for the USCG National Security Cutter (NSC) Acquisition Program.
Systems Integration & Design:

Subject Matter Expertise:
Served as the C4ISR technical expert for the USCG National Security Cutter (NSC) Acquisition Program at USCG Headquarters.
Systems Integration & Design:
Supported shipboard design, hardware specs, topology development, and software/systems integration across all C4ISR and weapons systems.
Testing & Lifecycle Engineering:
Conducted C4ISR testing and evaluated the engineering/cost impacts of planned changes for major shipbuilding acquisitions and repairs.
Cross-Agency Coordination:
Partnered with engineering support agencies and contractors (including NAVWAR/SPAWAR and USCG Directorates CG-933, CG-6, and CG-2) to manage configuration and integration.
Certification & Compliance:
Managed testing, troubleshooting, and compliance for critical certification programs, including TEMPEST, Information Assurance (IA), and combat/weapons systems safety.
Program & Procurement Support:
Delivered technical recommendations, cost analyses, and procurement support to Program Leads and Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).
