Job Description

The Impact You'll Make At Danfoss Turbocor, you'll help power the future of sustainable cooling by advancing oil-free compressor technology used in high-efficiency HVAC systems worldwide. Your work will directly contribute to reducing energy consumption and environmental impact. You'll play a hands-on role in shaping the next generation of embedded control systems , turning innovative ideas into reliable products. Working on-site in Tallahassee, FL , you'll support both new platform development and improvements to systems already in the field. This is a unique opportunity to build, test, and refine electronics that operate at the heart of cutting-edge industrial solutions. What You'll Be Doing Design and develop electronic circuits and PCB layouts to deliver reliable, high-performance control systems Test and validate electronic assemblies to ensure product quality and identify improvements early Debug and optimize hardware to enhance performance and prevent failure modes Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and suppliers to bring designs into production smoothly Analyze test data to uncover insights and drive continuous product improvement What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering Solid foundation in analog/digital circuits, power electronics, and control systems Hands-on experience with circuit design, simulation tools, and lab equipment Ability to use MATLAB and Microsoft Office for analysis and reporting Strong problem-solving skills and a team-oriented mindset What You'll Get from Us We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.
