Required Skillset:
Administer and support enterprise Microsoft Teams for chat, meetings, channels, and collaboration Configure Teams policies for messaging, meetings, guest access, federation, and governance Manage Teams lifecycle including team creation, permissions, channel structure, and archival Support voice and telephony capabilities including Teams Phone, call queues, Direct Routing, and SBC integration Troubleshoot audio/video quality, client issues, connectivity, and collaboration workflows Strong understanding of Teams integration with SharePoint, Exchange, and Entra identity services
