You will utilize your expertise in troubleshooting and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and optimize operational efficiency for a wide range of commercial equipment. Responsibilities Execute comprehensive preventative maintenance and complex repairs on industrial air compressors and related pneumatic systems. Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using precision measuring tools and technical schematics to restore equipment functionality. Provide expert technical support during system commissioning, start-ups, and on-site installations. Collaborate with internal teams to manage parts procurement and ensure timely project completion. Educate clients on advanced diagnostic solutions, leak detection, and system optimization strategies to improve their productivity. Mentor junior technicians and apprentices to foster a culture of technical excellence and safety. Maintain accurate service documentation and manage travel logistics efficiently to meet daily service demands. Qualifications Required Skills 2+ years of experience troubleshooting industrial or commercial mechanical systems. Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex wiring schematics and electrical diagrams. Strong physical capability to perform manual tasks, including lifting, kneeling, and stooping in industrial environments. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and mobile diagnostic tools. Ability to participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule. Preferred Skills Hands-on experience with industrial air compressor maintenance and air treatment systems. Current EPA Certification. Prior experience with vibration analysis or network-based automation systems. Military service background is highly valued.
