Job Description

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Engineer to join our team in Crane, Indiana. This is an onsite position. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Review performance specification/performance requirements to identify test parameters necessary to establish digital and RF Radar subsystems test capability Lead/mentor team members in RF testing and development projects. Work alongside government engineers in designing automated RF test systems. Write technical papers and develop Technical Data Packages (TDP). Assist in estimating the time and cost of engineering projects Design multi-functional test stations capable of energizing and testing, electrical factors, digital controls, and RF parameters Use software interface, automate test station to collect design specification data Document testing process to ensure sustainability and compliance
Minimum Qualifications:
10 + years of professional engineering experience Masters degree in Engineering.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting RF and Digital devices Experience supporting WXS (Airborne Electronic Attack Systems Division) Experience supporting
Navy Electronic Warfare Systems Clearance Requirements:
Must hold an active TS/SCI.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
