Job Description

Technician Up to $38/hr Pinnacle Partners is assisting our client in the search for a Technician to join their team in the Indianapolis , IN area. This successful resource will be responsible for troubleshooting, installing, supporting, and maintaining electronic equipment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Respond to customer service related issues Test and document readings for customer systems Update customer files Troubleshoot and repair electronic components Train and instruct customers on proper use of equipment Handle on-call duties on a regular scheduled basis Read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
REQUIREMENTS
Experience pulling cables and installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining electronic communication systems Strong communication and customer service skills
PREFERRED SKILLS
Associate's degree Experience with nurse call applications, fire alarms, CCTV, and sound systems, Cat5 Experience working at client sites Certifications
