Prepares recommendions for necessary movement of funds to ensure projects/programs are accomplished in a timely manner. Provides validion of Life Cycle Management needs and coordines with nional, regional and district staffs in the establishment of projects and in the accomplishment of NAS transition and integrion activities. Reviews and valides CWP project submissions for Technical Operions District facility maintenance, sustainment and replacement project needs and operions emergency project funding needs. Prepares briefings, presentions and/or point papers for coordining the prioritizion of projects within the Technical Operions District. Reviews, analyzes and makes recommendions on engineering plans and specificions for NAS modernizion and transition projects, assists in preparion of risk mitigion plans, and develops detailed comments addressing maintain ability issues for the District. Degree:

Engineering. To be acceptable, the program must: (1) lead to a bachelor¿s degree in a school of engineering with least one program accredited by ABET; or (2) include differential and integral calculus and courses (more advanced than first-year physics and chemistry) in five of the following seven areas of engineering science or physics: (a) stics, dynamics; (b) strength of merials (stress-strain relionships); (c) fluid mechanics, hydraulics; (d) thermodynamics; (e) electrical fields and circuits; (f) nure and properties of merials (reling particle and aggrege structure to properties); and (g) any other comparable area of fundamental engineering science or physics, such as optics, he transfer, soil mechanics, or electronics.
