This role is perfect for someone with a strong track record of building and leading service teams-someone who's just as comfortable managing operations as they are working side-by-side with technicians to deliver top-tier service in the fieldWhat You Will Be DoingRecruit, train, and mentor new technicians to support the team's rapid growth and expanding service demands.

Troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues involving motors, pumps, controls, piping, and valvesOversee and assist with the installation and removal of new or serviced equipment as neededCoordinate after-hours and on-call service coverage, providing leadership during urgent response situationsWhat You Need for this Position5 - 10 years of field service leadership experience in industrial or service based environmentsBS in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Controls, or related field preferredHands on experience with electric motor installation, service, and repairExperience working with industrial mechanical equipment, including pumps, compressors, turbines, conveyors, and other rotating assetsStrong working knowledge of electrical systems, including motor controls, MCCs, VFDs, and basic power distributionFamiliarity with instrumentation and controls, such as sensors, transmitters, PLC interfaces, and control panelsExperience supporting process equipment, including pressure vessels, heat exchangers, valves, piping, and related systemsProficiency with testing and diagnostic equipment, such as multimeters, vibration analysis tools, thermal cameras, and pressure testersStrong leadership skills with the ability to make an immediate operational impactCustomer facing experience with excellent communication and relationship management skillsWillingness to travel frequently throughout the East CoastBenefits
