AV/IT Systems Engineer

Job Summary An AV/IT Systems Engineer who provides hands‑on support for daily operations and live events, acts as a system owner, and ensures reliable workplace technology. The role requires strong customer service, independence, and proactive problem‑solving in a fast‑paced, event‑driven environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide on‑site AV and IT support for operations and events. Own internal event systems and coordinate vendors for external events. Deliver excellent customer service to staff, athletes, coaches, vendors, and guests. Install, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain AV systems. Support workplace technology and perform IT triage. Ensure systems are tested and event‑ready. Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements. Maintain documentation (SOPs, diagrams, inventories). Communicate risks and performance updates to leadership.

MUST HAVE

Must have extensive experience with AV Support & IT Support Networking (IP addressing, VLANs, connectivity concepts) Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint) Expertise in AV fundamentals (signal flow, cabling, system components) AV/ collaboration experience

Shift Timing:

8AM-5PM Weekly schedule: M-F CH1

Pay:

$42.00 - $45.00 per hour
