What You'll Do As a Senior Power Electronics Engineer, you'll play a critical role in designing and delivering cutting-edge hardware solutions. This is a highly autonomous position where you'll take projects from initial concept through prototyping to production release. You'll work closely with a small, skilled team—giving you the opportunity to influence design decisions, contribute ideas, and directly shape product performance. In this role, you will: Own full-cycle hardware design projects with a high degree of independence Design and develop high-performance PWM amplifiers and efficient power supply systems Program and integrate microprocessors and FPGAs into hardware designs Perform circuit design, analysis, and simulation using LTSpice (or equivalent tools) Build, test, and troubleshoot prototypes in a hands-on lab environment Drive iterative improvements through testing, data analysis, and problem-solving Collaborate closely with cross-functional teammates to deliver robust, production-ready designs What You Bring We're looking for a driven, hands-on engineer who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and enjoys solving complex technical challenges.Basic Qualifications:
BSEE required; MSEE preferred 3+ years of experience in electrical or hardware designTechnical Expertise:
Strong foundation in power electronics design and analysis Proven experience designing PWM amplifiers and power systems Embedded programming experience (microprocessors and FPGAs) Proficiency with circuit simulation tools such asLTSpice Hands-On Skills:
