Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead product design, development, and manufacturing support. Reporting directly to the VP/General Manager, this role oversees all engineering functions, driving innovation, product quality, and operational support across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all engineering activities, including product development, design, and manufacturing support Oversee electronic circuit design, PCB development, firmware/software programming, and digital/analog systems Manage and mentor a team of engineers across Application, Manufacturing, and Product Development functions Drive new product development from concept through production Provide technical leadership in embedded systems, PCB troubleshooting, automated test systems, and product validation Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and cross-functional teams to support customer and business objectives Support manufacturing processes through troubleshooting, process improvements, and production efficiency initiatives Ensure compliance with technical standards, quality requirements, and engineering documentation practices Coordinate with offshore suppliers and support global design collaboration Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, teamwork, and accountability
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field 10+ years of electronics engineering experience, including leadership responsibilities Strong background in PCB design, firmware/software programming, and digital/analog electronics Experience with embedded systems, manufacturing environments, and new product development Knowledge of radio control systems and high-reliability product design preferred Familiarity with ERP systems and quality control standards Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and presentation skills
Work Environment:
Combination of office and manufacturing environments with exposure to varying temperatures and noise levels. Ability to sit and stand for extended periods required.
Pay:
$140,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
