You will leverage advanced digital tools to streamline the assessment, estimation, and proposal process, ensuring rapid delivery of high-quality mechanical repair and replacement plans. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive site evaluations of HVAC, plumbing, and industrial mechanical infrastructure to identify performance deficiencies. Translate complex technical findings into clear, actionable project scopes and value-engineered recommendations for facility stakeholders. Perform accurate material takeoffs and labor calculations to develop competitive, profitable project estimates. Utilize AI-driven software to expedite the generation of professional, data-backed service proposals. Manage the full project lifecycle from initial site discovery through final proposal delivery and client negotiation. Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure precise project planning and resource allocation. Maintain high standards of documentation, including detailed equipment logs and site imagery, to support long-term facility maintenance strategies. Qualifications Required Skills Extensive hands-on experience with commercial HVAC or industrial mechanical systems. Proven background in mechanical construction estimating or project development. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical clients. Proficiency in modern digital documentation and estimating software platforms. Strong customer-service orientation and professional demeanor during site visits. Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various client locations. Preferred Skills Experience utilizing field service management software such as ServiceTitan. Relevant trade licensure (e.g., refrigeration, plumbing) or formal engineering education. Demonstrated track record of managing project margins and hitting aggressive proposal turnaround targets.
