Maryland Account Manager and Field Specialist About Us:
Pureflow Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager & Field Specialist to support our growth across Maryland. This role is designed for a professional who can build strong customer relationships while also engaging in field activities to develop technical credibility and identify opportunities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our presence by combining business development with hands-on support alongside our service team.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development :
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, site visits, and industry engagement across Maryland.
Lead Generation :
Generate qualified leads through customer interactions, referrals, industry events, and ongoing account development.
Relationship Management :
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by serving as a consistent and trusted point of contact.
Field Engagement :
Participate in field service activities including preventative maintenance, system reviews, and troubleshooting to deepen system knowledge and customer trust.
Opportunity Identification :
Identify system improvements, upgrades, and service opportunities through direct involvement at customer sites.
Brand Representation :
Represent Pureflow at local industry events, customer meetings, and training sessions.
Collaboration :
Work closely with operations, service technicians, and leadership to ensure alignment between customer needs and execution.
Reporting :
Track and report on customer interactions, opportunities, and pipeline activity.
Qualifications :
Experience in account management, business development, technical sales, or field service within a related industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly. Mechanical or technical aptitude with a willingness to engage in hands-on field activities. Ability to balance customer-facing responsibilities with field-based work. Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools. Ability to travel as required for business meetings and events. 6-8 nights per month
Page Break Education Requirement :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred. Relevant industry experience may be considered in place of formal education.

Pay range:
$75,000 - $100,000 Pay range has been determined by industry benchmarking data provided by ADP.
