FCA Group The Electrified Powertrain Controls Engineer will work within the Centre of Excellence (CoE) within the Product Release Centre (PRC) Electrified Propulsion Controls and contribute to the development of electrified powertrain systems for current and next-generation Stellantis vehicles. The ideal candidate is a strong team player able to work in a fast-paced environment, with foundational experience in control strategies applied to powertrain subsystems (electric motors, battery, thermal, charging, etc.). The candidate will contribute to the development of hybrid operating strategies in areas such as torque management, energy management, thermal management, monitoring and diagnostics. The most important activities assigned to the Electrified Powertrain Controls Engineer are: Reading high-level requirements related to vehicle-level behavior Supporting control algorithm design to meet functional objectives Implementing control algorithms in Matlab-Simulink, C, etc. Supporting calibration dataset development Performing MIL/SIL pre-verification activities Supporting code generation and proto build activities Supporting HIL/vehicle validation using
