Dairy Service Technician

Dairy Service Technician Duties:

• Install, maintain and repair dairy related equipment.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner
• Perform low voltage and high voltage electrical work
• Conduct field service visits to diagnose and troubleshoot problems
• Analyze electrical systems to identify potential issues and recommend appropriate solutions
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient completion of projects
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and milking equipment components
• Proficient in analyzing and diagnosing electrical, pneumatic and mechanical issues
• Preferred experience in fabricating and installing dairy systems
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to clients
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
