Job Description
Responsible for the engineering support, installation and commissioning of Bollhoff designed and built proprietary automation systems at the machine builder and end user assembly line levels, pneumatic/hydraulic/electric systems repair and spare parts ordering as required. Perform on-site support of existing Bollhoff Rivtac®, Rivset® and Rivkle® installation tooling applications including set-up, production engineering support, troubleshooting and maintenance. Support as noted above at OEM's / machine builders/ integrators Liaison with Bollhoff manufacturing locations and tooling support staff. Determining spare parts lists by project and processing requisitions. Assist with the design and preparation of Tooling sales proposals. Attend training sessions and seminars at Bollhoff manufacturing & customer locations.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering or a related field of study. Will accept foreign equivalent.
Experience:
One (1) year in the position above, Maintenance Engineer or a related role.
Experience must include:
1. Specialized machine building and on-site installation/maintenance of automation systems (preferably with fasteners);2. Pneumatic and hydraulic systems;3. PLC-controlled automation equipment; and4. Robotic communications.
Location:
