Work closely with stakeholders to identify requirements, schedule, and deploy simulation projects to enable virtual vehicle design, development, and validation Engage with cross functional team members to coordinate on-time delivery of simulation components to meet requirements and timing Integrate plant models and other ECU models with controller software source code and perform virtual system verification based on requirements Obtain, develop, parameterize, and test virtual controller models to be used across different components such as HWIO, RTOS, controller I/O, and other ECU behavioral models Perform simulation correlation activities based on experimental data Create, maintain, and improve standard simulation architectures Provide support for released simulations, including detailed documentation, and assist users with testing and troubleshooting Design, develop, verify, and execute automated test suites Assist initiatives to benchmark and adopt next-generation simulation technology and tools Identify, implement, and standardize new simulation development processes of engineering Provide process and architecture feedback improvements Work in and using the SAFe / Agile construct "LTTS is an Equal Opportunity Employer and maintains a clear policy against discrimination based on age, disability, sex, race, religion or belief, gender reassignment, marriage/civil partnership, pregnancy/maternity, or sexual orientation. AUTOSAR COMMUNICATION PROTOCOLS

familiarity with automotive communication technologies including CAN, LIN, SPI, Ethernet Familiarity in computer programming languages including C/C++, Python Experience in leading large and/or difficult projects with high levels of ambiguity Proven ability to work in teams, balancing technical theory with practical limitations."
