Job Description

Join the Biesse Team as an Electromechanical Installation Technician! Are you a hands-on problem solver who enjoys working with heavy capital machinery in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? If troubleshooting, installing, and maintaining cutting-edge equipment sounds like your kind of challenge, this is the role for you! What You'll Do Perform mechanical installation , repair, and maintenance of advanced machinery lines at customer sites. Provide hands-on training to customer representatives on machinery operations and maintenance. Analyze, troubleshoot, and diagnose mechanical, electrical/electronic, and pneumatic, and software issues to ensure machinery operates at peak performance. Conduct on-site service interventions , collaborating with customers to resolve problems efficiently and effectively. Maintain detailed service reports to ensure accurate documentation of all service activities. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to deliver an exceptional service experience. Adhere to all company policies and safety guidelines while ensuring company equipment is secure and well-maintained.
What We're Looking For Location Flexibility :
Must live within 45-minutes of a major airport.
Physical Ability :
Comfortable lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 50 lbs.
Travel Availability :
Willingness to travel extensively (90-100%), Monday through Friday. What You'll Bring 3 - 5 years of technical service experience, preferably with CNC industry machinery, CNC machinery lines, or similar equipment. A technical diploma or equivalent hands-on work experience. Strong troubleshooting skills with knowledge of mechanical, electrical/electronic, and pneumatic systems. Proficiency in using mechanical and electrical measuring instruments to diagnose and resolve issues. A proactive problem-solving attitude with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
