Job Description

In this role, you'll help ensure our circuit boards and power electronic systems meet the highest standards of performance and reliability. Your hands‑on testing, analysis, and problem‑solving work will directly support the development of industry‑leading AC drives. You'll collaborate with engineers across multiple disciplines, work with advanced test equipment, and contribute to solutions that make a real difference in how the world uses energy. What You'll Be Doing Operate and support printed circuit board test fixtures and functional board testing setups. Build and document test setups , including instrumentation and electrical or mechanical assemblies. Troubleshoot and repair PCBAs , including soldering, component‑level diagnostics, and functional testing. Perform root cause analysis on circuit boards and power electronic components and prepare clear technical reports. Maintain laboratory instrumentation, organize work areas, and review documentation in PDM systems. What We're Looking For A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering plus experience in a product development or test lab environment. Strong knowledge of analog and digital circuits , power electronics, and the ability to read electrical schematics and one‑line diagrams. Proficiency with electronic test equipment , including oscilloscopes, function generators, DC power supplies, and data acquisition systems. Hands‑on experience with PCBA troubleshooting and repair ; PCB design and Layout; familiarity with AC drives, LabVIEW, PLCs, or Python is a plus. An understanding of electrical safety standards (e.g., NFPA 70E) and the ability to learn new tools, manage time, and collaborate effectively in a team environment. The US base salary range for this full-time position with bonus + benefits . Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
