Staff Digital Design Engineer About the Role As a Staff Digital Design Engineer, you will lead complex digital design projects and provide technical leadership for system-level architecture. You'll influence product direction, guide methodology improvements, and lead small technical teams. This position requires deep expertise across multiple technical domains and strong cross-functional collaboration skills to drive innovation and excellence in digital design. Key Responsibilities Develop FPGA-based designs for digital data paths leveraging ADI high-speed converters Define and develop system-level architectures for complex digital designs Lead technical teams on complex digital design projects Guide methodology improvements and best practices across the organization Influence product direction and technical roadmaps Collaborate across functions to drive innovative solutions Engage directly with customers on technical requirements and solutions Mentor engineers and help develop technical talent
Must Have Skills System Architecture:
Expert ability to define and implement complex digital system architectures
Technical Leadership:
Demonstrated capability to provide technical direction to engineering teams
Multi-Domain Expertise:
Deep knowledge across multiple technical domains relevant to digital design
Methodology Expertise:
Authority in digital design methodologies with ability to drive improvements
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Strong capability to work across organizational boundaries
Customer Engagement:
Experience translating customer needs into technical requirements and solutions Preferred Education and Experience Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience 8+ years of relevant experience in digital design engineering #LI-PG1 For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce

Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors. This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
