Master Trainer, Operational & Sustainment Support Team

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF POSITION

This position provides support services and subject matter expertise in SOF tactical communications and ECM systems. This position operates out of the Zero Point office in Southern Pines, North Carolina.

MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide telecommunication/electronics expertise in the integration, training, fielding, and operation of ECM equipment and communications techniques compatible with ECM systems. Provide expertise for the identification of faults, and complete the corrective actions to repair ECM systems up to the Direct Support level. Support the integration and fielding of ECM and communication solutions within the continental Unites States (CONUS) and overseas. Provide ECM and communications SME support to test efforts to assess ECM or communication techniques for capability, compatibility, or interoperability with various Government agencies. Inspect and test returned ECM material that is in an unknown condition and identify which material is fully operational, requires repair, or is beyond economical repair. All other duties as assigned by executive management. Conduct administrative tasks to execute Government contracts and support Zero Point's business objectives Ethics

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 5

years' experience in US military tactical communications and communications systems SOF EOD; Electronic Warfare; Sea, Air and Land Communicator or career field 18E (Special Forces Communications Sergeant) experience is Highly Desired. If not; More than two years of experience as Mobile ECM Electronic Technician (FSR), preferably with

USSOCOM. 2

years' experience providing instructional courses in communications systems Expert knowledge of current and emerging military ECM systems Current or eligible for a

clearance with SCI access Proficiency with Microsoft Office software Outstanding written and oral communication skills Knowledge of radio frequency characteristics and antenna theory Proficient at troubleshooting electronic systems Knowledge of military training curriculum development and execution Expert knowledge of military ECM systems and communications systems Ability to work well in a team environment focusing on meeting tight deadlines Ability of lifting to a height of 40" and, without assistance, carrying equipment weighing up to 100 pounds, a distance of up to 50 feet
