Shift:
1st Shift (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM
  • 5:00 PM) Job Summary Supports product validation and verification by performing instrumented testing, analyzing data, and assisting engineering teams in improving product performance and reliability. Key Responsibilities
  • Perform field and lab testing to validate product designs
  • Analyze test data and prepare reports with conclusions
  • Support product validation and verification processes
  • Assist in problem identification, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
  • Develop and maintain test procedures and documentation
  • Communicate findings with engineering and design teams
  • Support continuous improvement and product design changes Core Responsibilities
  • Develop data acquisition programs
  • Install and manage test instrumentation
  • Conduct inspection, testing, and failure analysis of electronic assemblies
  • Perform manual testing of circuits and PCBs
  • Build test fixtures, harnesses, and circuit boards
  • Maintain documentation and work records
  • Train and guide test operators Technical Requirements
  • PCB troubleshooting and root cause analysis
  • Knowledge of electronic components and manufacturing processes
  • Experience with test equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes, etc.)
  • Ability to read schematics and interpret datasheets
  • Strong mechanical and technical aptitude
  • Proficiency in computers, spreadsheets, and documentation tools Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree in Electronics or related field OR technical diploma / military certification / equivalent experience
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience (3+ years preferred) Preferred Skills
  • Experience in PCB troubleshooting and soldering
  • Experience with advanced test equipment (logic analyzers, spectrum analyzers)
  • Knowledge of PCB layout and 3D printing
  • Experience with machining or modifying materials
  • Familiarity with heavy equipment or similar machinery IND_
