Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled AV Manager to lead our audiovisual operations. In this role, you will oversee the planning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of complex AV systems across the facility. Your expertise will ensure seamless audiovisual experiences for meetings, events, and daily communications. Duties Manage ongoing maintenance and repairs of AV equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Troubleshoot software issues, hardware malfunctions, and cabling problems swiftly to minimize downtime. Conduct visits for on-site support, system calibration, and user training sessions. Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, schematics, and maintenance records to support future troubleshooting and upgrades. Requirements Expertise in software troubleshooting for AV applications and computer hardware integration. Prior service experience supporting AV systems in commercial or industrial settings. Experience with signal flow, DSPs, audio boards, video controllers, toolbox, Teams and Zoom is essential; familiarity with back end is highly desirable.
