Job Description

Need to fill one engineering spot: Depending on experience 5/27 8am
  • 6pm tentative times 5/28 8am
  • 6pm tentative times
  • Support a fast-paced corporate conference environment at a multi-room event venue in Midtown Manhattan across two event days (5/27-5/28, tentative 8am-6pm schedule)
  • Video Engineer /
Shader:
manage camera shading, color matching, signal flow, routing, and overall video integrity during live sessions and presentations
  • Secondary Video Engineer:
    float between two active event spaces assisting with playback, troubleshooting, switching support, and general video operations as needed Experience with camera shading and paint workflows is highly preferred for at least one of the engineering roles, though not required for all applicants
  • GAV Setup Tech:
    assist with load-in, setup, cable management, testing, strike, and general AV support throughout the event footprint
  • Must be comfortable working alongside production teams, adapting quickly to live event changes, and maintaining professional communication in a corporate event environment
