Job Description

Field service role focused on military vehicle diagnostics, repair, preventive maintenance, technical training, field reporting, and parts coordination. Job Requirements Experience maintaining and repairing military vehicles Experience performing field diagnostics and repairs Mechanical troubleshooting experience Hydraulic troubleshooting experience Electrical troubleshooting experience Software troubleshooting experience Experience using specialized tools and testing equipment Experience working in field service or remote service environments Experience documenting service records, repair actions, and parts usage Ability to work in challenging field conditions Preferred Skills Military vehicle maintenance experience Experience training operators or maintenance crews Experience supporting defense operations Experience with preventive maintenance programs Experience managing parts and tool inventory Experience coordinating with logistics or supply chain teams Experience identifying recurring equipment issues Experience preparing technical field reports Job Responsibilities Perform onsite diagnostics and repairs on military vehicles Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and software issues Use specialized tools and testing equipment to assess vehicle condition Complete field repairs to restore vehicle functionality Conduct preventive maintenance inspections Identify wear, corrosion, damage, and potential failures Replace worn components and lubricate parts according to maintenance schedules Document diagnostic findings, maintenance activities, repair actions, and parts used Provide technical training to military operators and maintenance crews Demonstrate repair techniques, troubleshooting steps, and tool usage Provide field support during missions, exercises, and service events Submit reports to track repair trends and parts usage Provide feedback on recurring vehicle issues and potential improvements Follow safety protocols during maintenance and repair activities Support compliance with military and industry maintenance standards Coordinate parts, tools, and equipment needed for vehicle repairs Track inventory to ensure critical components are available Communicate with logistics and supply chain teams to coordinate field deliveries
