VIDEO ENGINEER
(V1) We are a full-service event production and consulting company based in Orlando Florida. Our goal is to provide clients with an experience where they can see the vision for their event brought to life through technical and logistical production support. Our team goes above and beyond to ensure the highest level of quality in audio, lighting, video, staging, and scenic. We have some of the most talented and skilled professionals already on our team and are always looking to grow. We seek an expert to join our team as we expand and innovate. I. Position
  • Video Engineer (V1) We are seeking a candidate with solid hands-on experience and a strong working knowledge of video systems, signal flow, and live event operations.
The Video Engineer (V1) would serve as a lead for the video department and be responsible for directing the entire video workflow from initial planning through strike. This person owns the show floor: they configure and run the system, interface with the client, and are the last line of defense when something goes wrong. This is not a beginner's role. The ideal candidate brings event experience, a confident command of technology, and the composure to run a show independently under pressure for flawless execution. Working Schedule Routine business tasks are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and outside of regular operating hours as necessary. Travel is a significant component of this role and would require work and travel outside of routine business hours. This position is a salary position exempt from overtime without defined working hours, and the salary is based on an average of 50 hours per week. Responsibilities

Operate Video Switching and Playback Systems:
Operate video switchers (e.g., Blackmagic ATEM, Pixel Hue, Barco) and manage content playback across multiple screens, programs, and live streams with precision and accuracy. Execute cue-to-cue show flows and adapt to real-time changes without disrupting the production.
