Core Values Innovation | Customer Commitment | Collaboration | Accountability | Safety First About the Role Our client is seeking a US Field Engineer to serve as a critical member of their North American field operations team. This highly visible role is responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and supporting advanced AI-powered safety systems at customer sites across the United States. Reporting to the National Technical Lead, this individual will work closely with customers, internal technical teams, sales leadership, and external partners to ensure successful product implementation and exceptional customer support. This position combines hands-on technical expertise, customer relationship management, training responsibilities, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving technical challenges in the field, and is energized by frequent travel and direct customer interaction. Key Responsibilities Perform installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of AI-based safety systems at customer sites Provide technical support, product expertise, and issue resolution for customers and partners Manage and follow up on customer service requests to ensure timely resolution and high customer satisfaction Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, Operations, Product, and Technical teams to support successful deployments and ongoing customer success Deliver remote and onsite support to customers regarding product configuration and usage Train, mentor, and support channel partners and customer personnel on system functionality and best practices Share field feedback and technical insights with Product and Technical Management teams to support continuous product improvement Maintain strong communication and documentation related to installations, service activity, and customer interactions Travel extensively throughout the United States to support customer installations and service needs Required Qualifications Strong technical knowledge of electro-mechanical industrial equipment, preferably related to forklifts, construction vehicles, or heavy equipment Experience performing field service, installation, maintenance, or technical support in industrial or equipment-based environments Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to support customers professionally and effectively Ability to work autonomously while collaborating cross-functionally with internal and external teams Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments with shifting priorities and responsibilities Willingness and ability to travel extensively on a near-daily basis Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout assigned territories Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting AI-enabled, camera-based, or industrial safety technologies Background in material handling, industrial automation, construction equipment, or related industries Previous experience training customers, partners, or technicians Familiarity with remote diagnostic tools and customer support platforms Experience working within global or international organizations Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary commensurate with experience Performance-based bonus opportunities (paid semi-annually) Comprehensive benefits package including: 401(k) Medical, dental, and vision insurance Disability coverage Life insurance Paid time off and company holidays Opportunity to join a rapidly growing global technology organization focused on innovation and workplace safety Ready to Apply?
