Position Summary We are seeking a Resident Engineer to support our automotive electronics programs at a customer site in the United States. This role acts as the technical liaison between Keboda engineering teams and the customer's engineering and quality teams , supporting product development, testing, and quality activities to ensure successful program launches and production support. Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Interface Serve as the primary on-site technical contact between Keboda and the customer engineering and quality teams Support customer technical meetings and communicate requirements back to Keboda internal teams Maintain strong working relationships with OEM or Tier 1 customer teams Product Development Support Support vehicle integration activities and validation testing Assist with product troubleshooting and root cause analysis Track technical issues and support resolution with global engineering teams Prepare and provide technical reports and documentation as needed Testing & Diagnostics Perform basic electrical diagnostics using tools such as multimeters and oscilloscopes Support CAN communication testing and analysis using tools such as CANoe / CAN analyzers Collect and analyze test data from vehicles or test benches Quality Support Support investigation and resolution of customer quality issues Participate in root cause analysis using tools such as 8D, 5Why, and Fishbone Follow up on customer claims and ensure proper closure of issues Monitor field performance and report product quality status Launch & Production Support Assist with PPAP preparation and launch support Support validation builds, prototype testing, and production readiness activities Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field 3+ years of experience in automotive product development, validation, or quality engineering Experience working with OEM or Tier 1 automotive customers preferred Strong problem-solving and communication skills Hands-on experience with automotive electronics testing or diagnostics Familiarity with automotive quality tools and processes such as PPAP, APQP, and FMEA Experience with CAN tools such as Vector CANoe preferred Experience with Ford Global Product Development System (GPDS) is a plus Ability to work at customer sites and travel as required Fluent English communication skills (Chinese language ability is a must) Why Join Keboda Work with global automotive OEM programs Collaborate with international engineering teams Opportunity to support cutting-edge automotive electronics programs
