The salary range for this position in Wilsonville, OR is $168,834•$197,700 per year and this role may be eligible to earn incentive compensation. Develop materials (design guides, troubleshooting guides, technical white papers, presentations, data sets, videos and demonstrations) to enable the sales force to present and demonstrate new features and to communicate the value and utility of these features. Perform duties with a high degree of autonomy and limited oversight/supervision. Create and deliver product training to internal staff and customers. Create e-learning materials. Ensure that user documentation is effective. Communicate the vision for the product line and acting as an evangelist both internally and externally. Support product launch activities and assist with Tradeshows, Conferences and Technical Sales Training activities. Work with the development organization to describe the context, value and intent of the customer requirements or inquiries. Provide product support to sales channel, working directly at customers' sites in pre•and post-sales situations. Some travel required to support field and marketing activity.Requirements:
Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science or related field and 60 months of experience in the job offered or in a Product Engineer-related occupation. Alternatively, employer will accept a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science or related field and 36 months of experience in the job offered or in a Product Engineer-related occupation. Position requires experience in the following: Working with integrated circuit design focusing on analog and digital design & verification, custom or semi-custom IP blocks, and SoC assembly; Working with circuit reliability issues, including electrostatic discharge (ESD) and electrical overstress (EOS); Resolving reliability challenges in IC designs; Engaging in customer interactions focused on circuit design engineers, verification teams and technical management; Building innovative product roadmap by collaborating with cross-functional teams and other product groups; Delivering results and articulate the value of solutions to customers and field product specialists. 10% of domestic and 5% international travel is required.
