This role would suit an Electronic Warfare or Avionics Systems Engineer seeking a senior-level technical position within a growing defense organization, where they can work on cutting-edge aerospace systems, influence high-level engineering decisions, and establish themselves as a recognised subject matter expert.

The Role:

Lead systems engineering activities across advanced avionics and electronic warfare programmes Develop system architectures, requirements, integration, verification, and validation activities Work closely with customers, stakeholders, and engineering teams on mission-critical aerospace projects Hybrid working, strong benefits package, long-term stability, and technical leadership opportunities

The Candidate:

Experience within Electronic Warfare, avionics, or defence/aerospace systems engineering Strong background in systems architecture, signal processing, integration, and verification US Citizen with ability to obtain and maintain
