We design, install, program, and support integrated technology systems ranging from luxury smart homes and theaters to large-scale commercial AV, security, networking, and mass communication systems. Level 2 Integration TechnicianPosition Summary The Level 2 Technician is responsible for installation, cabling, device setup, system commissioning, troubleshooting, and assisting senior technicians with programming and advanced integrations. This role is ideal for someone with industry experience who wants to continue developing into programming, commissioning, and advanced system integration. Responsibilities Pull and terminate low-voltage cabling Install racks, equipment, displays, speakers, cameras, and control devices Assist with system setup and commissioning Troubleshoot cabling and device connectivity Read blueprints, elevations, and system schematics Configure basic networking equipment Learn programming and commissioning procedures Complete project documentation and punch lists Maintain professional jobsite appearance and customer interaction Minimum Qualifications 2+ years of low voltage, AV, networking, security, or related experience Experience using hand tools and test equipment Understanding of structured cabling practices Ability to work independently and with a team Clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders Preferred Certifications Candidates possessing at least 2 certifications from the list below are highly preferred:

Level 3 Senior Integration Technician / ProgrammerPosition Summary The Level 3 Technician serves as a senior field leader responsible for installation oversight, advanced troubleshooting, programming, system design assistance, engineering support, commissioning, and custom integration. This position is ideal for an experienced integration professional capable of taking a project from rough-in through final programming and client training. Responsibilities Lead field installation teams Review plans, engineering drawings, and system documentation Program and commission integrated systems Configure enterprise and residential networks Troubleshoot complex AV, automation, security, and control systems Design and engineer system solutions Develop as-built documentation Train clients on completed systems Coordinate with builders, architects, designers, and project managers Mentor junior technicians Minimum Qualifications 5+ years of AV, automation, security, networking, or integration experience Strong troubleshooting capabilities Experience commissioning integrated systems Ability to read and create system documentation Experience with networking fundamentals Clean driving record Strong communication and leadership skills Preferred Certifications Candidates possessing at least 2 certifications from the commercial or residential certification list are highly preferred.
