Field Service Engineer / Technician

Your Role:

As an Equipment Technician you will be responsible for: Installation, repair, preventative maintenance, of water purification systems and a range of other laboratory equipment. Scheduling and completing service visits in a timely manner. Troubleshooting complex mechanical issues and problem solving in a fast paced environment Ensuring proper administration and management of workload as well as proper documentation of completed work. This is a field service position. Domestic travel up to 85% of your work-day, however our techs are home most nights and office at home. Occasional work outside of typical business hours.

Physical Attributes:

Lifting of up to 50 pounds Wearing of respirator protection Use of a company vehicle Who you are: High School Diploma or GED Valid driver's license and clear driving record Ability to pass a state and federal back-ground check Ability to demonstrate excellent troubleshooting skills Professional and effective communication skills Excellent Computer Literacy, basic IT skills Experience/exposure to testing and repairing electro-mechanical devices Ability to use hand tools/ Multimeter/ test equipment Experience/Exposure completing complex repairs

Qualifications:
