Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop and integrate multimedia subsystems for automotive and commercial deployments, including infotainment (IVI) and invehicle multimedia features.

Lead multimedia software development efforts, including media pipelines, encoding/decoding, transcoding and playback components across Linux, Windows and embedded platforms.

Create highquality technical and executive PowerPoint presentations, proposals and design documentation to communicate architecture, tradeoffs and project status.

Implement and validate streaming solutions (HLS, RTMP, RTSP, RTP), adaptive bitrate streaming and CDN integrations to meet latency, QoS and reliability targets.

Work with video and audio codecs (H.264, H.265/HEVC, VP8, VP9, AV1 and common audio codecs) and container formats (MP4, TS, MKV) to optimize quality and bandwidth.

Integrate and validate media servers and toolchains (FFmpeg, Wowza, GStreamer, Red5) and perform pipeline automation for encoding/transcoding workflows.

Develop and troubleshoot realtime communication systems (WebRTC, SIP/VoIP, video conferencing) and lowlatency streaming for collaborative and broadcast use cases.

Design and deploy AV over
IP, SMPTE ST 2110/ST
2022, SDI, HDMI, DisplayPort, DVI, and fiber solutions; configure video matrix switchers, scalers, and signal distribution for video walls, LED displays and projectors.

Drive endtoend system testing including calibration, measurement with scopes and test equipment, latency/jitter analysis, network troubleshooting (TCP/UDP, Multicast/IGMP) and QoS tuning.

Integrate camera systems (PTZ), microphone arrays, audio DSPs, Dante/AES67/AES3, analog audio and PA systems, and manage synchronization (PTP/NTP, Genlock) where required.

Develop automation and control interfaces using REST APIs, IP control, RS232/RS422, and A/V control systems (Crestron, AMX); implement PoE, Ethernet configuration and IP device management.
