Basic Qualifications:
- \•BS in STEM degree and 8\+ years of relevant experience, or MS in STEM and 6\+ years of relevant experience\.
- Electronic Warfare \(EW\) RF design and development experience
- RF Supplier technical oversight and management experience which may include: Telemetry or similar data link budget analysis Antenna design requirements & specifications EMI/EMC knowledge and mitigation techniques Tactical Radio integration experience
- Communication, radar, or similar waveform design experience
- Digital signal processing experience
- Ability to obtain Secret clearance, therefore you must be a US Citizen\.
Desired Skills:
- \•\•Active Secret Clearance • Cross\-Business Area engagement experience • M code \(military GPS\) or similar integration/design experience • Link\-16 or similar tactical radio integration/design experience • Familiarity with E³ \(design, test, verification\) processes • Antenna design, measurement, and evaluation capabilities • Unmanned Air Vehicle \(UAV\), missile, or similar design, or integration, or flight test experience • EW or radar system design, or integration, or flight test experience • Flight test and/or HWIL \(hardware in the loop\) experience • Telemetry or similar data link budget analysis • Antenna design requirements & specifications • EMI/EMC knowledge and mitigation techniques • Tactical radio integration experience • US Navy customer or product experience • Strong communication with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders at all levels • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment and meet aggressive schedules • Self starter; effective "player/coach" with minimal supervision •

Work Remotely:
Part\-time Remote Telework:
The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility\. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process\.Work Schedules:
- Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.
