We are not a traditional parts distributor. We work directly with maintenance teams, plant managers, and reliability departments to solve real production issues through engineered improvements, fast turnaround manufacturing, and hands-on technical support. Our focus is helping plants reduce downtime, improve reliability, and keep production moving. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced packaging line professional to represent AMTIG Engineering Solutions within their local region/state. This role is ideal for someone who has previously worked on: Bottling lines Packaging equipment Fillers Labelers Conveying systems Manufacturing maintenance teams OEM service teams Field service operations The ideal candidate understands plant operations, can communicate with maintenance personnel confidently, and enjoys building long-term professional relationships within manufacturing facilities. This is NOT a high-pressure cold-calling sales role. This is a technical relationship-building position focused on helping customers identify reliability, maintenance, and operational improvement opportunities. Responsibilities Visit manufacturing and packaging facilities within assigned region Build relationships with maintenance managers, plant engineers, and operations teams Identify wear, reliability, and maintenance improvement opportunities Represent AMTIG's engineered products and technical capabilities Coordinate with AMTIG engineering and manufacturing teams on customer needs Support quoting and project development processes Attend occasional industry events or customer meetings Maintain professional communication and follow-up with customers Help grow long-term customer partnerships within the territory Preferred Experience Strong preference given to candidates with experience in: Bottling or beverage production Food manufacturing Packaging machinery Krones equipment KHS equipment Sidel equipment Maintenance supervision Field service engineering Industrial reliability Packaging line troubleshooting Qualifications 5+ years of experience working in manufacturing, packaging, maintenance, or related technical fields Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable walking production floors and discussing technical issues Self-motivated and organized Ability to travel locally within assigned region Basic computer and email proficiency Valid driver's license Sales experience is helpful but NOT required. Technical and operational experience is valued more heavily than traditional sales backgrounds.
