The Senior Video Engineer is a highly skilled audiovisual and broadcast professional responsible for supporting executive leadership communications, enterprise-wide live productions, and international collaboration across approximately 34 regional meeting offices and corporate facilities. This role serves as a technical lead for executive broadcasts, town halls, corporate meetings, and international communications, ensuring a seamless experience for leadership teams, stakeholders, and end users. The Senior Video Engineer is expected to operate with a high degree of professionalism, technical expertise, and composure while supporting mission-critical events and high-visibility meetings. The position requires expertise in live event production, video conferencing technologies, AV systems, troubleshooting, installations, and customer service. This individual must be capable of adapting quickly to changing priorities, resolving technical issues under pressure, and maintaining exceptional service standards for all users, from executive leadership to frontline employees. Key Responsibilities Executive Leadership & Broadcast Support Serve as the primary technical resource for executive leadership meetings, board-level presentations, town halls, and company-wide broadcasts. Plan, coordinate, produce, and support live and hybrid events for senior leadership and corporate communications. Operate and maintain production systems supporting live broadcasts, webcasts, streaming events, and executive presentations. Ensure flawless execution of high-profile meetings where reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail are critical. Provide white-glove technical support to executive leadership and key stakeholders. International Communications Support Support international conferencing and collaboration, including late-night and early-morning meetings with global partners and teams in Japan. Manage and troubleshoot Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and other collaboration platforms used for international communications. Coordinate technical readiness for cross-regional meetings and global events. AV Operations & Engineering Support audiovisual operations across approximately 34 regional meeting offices and corporate facilities. Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot displays, monitors, conferencing systems, cameras, microphones, and associated AV equipment. Perform preventative maintenance and lifecycle management of AV infrastructure. Lead equipment deployments, upgrades, and conference room technology installations. Maintain documentation and operational standards for AV systems and production workflows. Technical Troubleshooting & Support Diagnose and resolve complex audio, video, conferencing, networking, and PC-related issues. Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes and implement effective solutions. Respond effectively during high-pressure situations while maintaining professionalism and confidence. Provide escalation support for critical incidents affecting executive meetings, broadcasts, or enterprise communications. Customer Service & Leadership Communicate effectively with executive leadership, management teams, vendors, and end users at all organizational levels. Deliver a consistent, high-quality support experience regardless of title or position within the organization. Mentor junior team members and assist with knowledge sharing and operational best practices. Foster strong relationships with internal business partners and external vendors. Required Qualifications Extensive experience supporting corporate audiovisual systems, live production environments, or broadcast operations.
