- Travel to client sites to install, troubleshoot, and repair equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance on machinery
- Provide training to clients on equipment operation
- Document service and installation actions by entering information and completing reports
- Collaborate with the engineering team to improve product design based on field service experiences Experience
