Job Description:

Feature Tester / Lab Test Engineer- Plano, Texas We are seeking a hands-on Lab Test Engineer / Feature Test Engineer to support integration, feature validation, troubleshooting, and testing of next-generation wireless products in radio labs before nationwide deployment.

What You'll Be Doing:

Perform integration, certification, and implementation of LTE/5G technologies Validate new radio software and hardware features Execute feature testing, troubleshooting, and customer acceptance activities Support NPI projects involving BBUs and radios across multiple technologies/bands Conduct proof-of-concept testing for pre-commercial radio products Work closely with teams, project managers, and customers Participate in automation initiatives to improve testing efficiency

What We're Looking For:

Strong experience with LTE and/or 5G technologies Telecom lab testing and integration experience Hands-on RAN troubleshooting and validation skills Experience analyzing logs and resolving technical issues Strong communication and collaboration skills Experience working with telecom OEMs/operators such as Ericsson, AT&T, or Samsung is highly preferred Execute feature testing, troubleshooting , and customer acceptance activities Support NPI projects involving BBUs and radios across multiple technologies/bands Conduct proof-of-concept testing for pre-commercial radio products Work closely with teams, project managers, and customers Participate in automation initiatives to improve testing efficiency
